Strategic partnership agreement with IDEC

On January 24, ez-Wheel and the Japanese leader in HMI (Human Machine Interface) IDEC signed a strategic partnership agreement.

The challenge? To offer a complete solution for building AGVs and AMRs. IDEC is already well established in the material handling and robotics markets, selling many key components such as emergency stop switches and laser scanners. With this partnership, IDEC wants to offer its customers a complete solution for building their AGVs and AMRs, including software.

IDEC will strengthen its offer for mobile robots with ez-Wheel® products. This includes the SWD® Safety Wheel Drive range aimed at simplifying safety and optimizing the integration of AGV and AMR mobile robots.
